Applied psycho-diagnostic tools
In their many forms, diagnostic tools are used as a very effective means of development needs analysis and development plans design. Typically, we utilize diagnostic tools as a part of interactive experiential-learning-based workshops and in Assessment and Development Centers. They offer valuable feedback on individual mindsets, motivation, and personal inclinations towards different team roles and preferred communication and working styles.
